The enthusiastic gardeners of Stanton-in-Peak are welcoming visitors back to their gardens on 22 and 23 June between 12.30pm and 5pm. Stanton-in-Peak is a beautiful village with breathtaking views, nestled beneath the Nine Ladies of Stanton Moor between Bakewell and Matlock.
After leaving your car in the free car park, you can buy £5 tickets (under 16s free) and explore over twenty diverse and charming gardens. Teas and cakes will be served in the village hall, and there will be pop-up bars, plant stalls, activities for children at the school and an affordable art and craft trail, including painting, photography and ceramics.
The Flying Childers pub will be open throughout the afternoon, as will Holy Trinity Church. Proceeds will go to charities and the village fund.
