The Glee Club of Wirksworth return to the stage in December with the world premiere of Goldilocks and the Three and a Half Bears.
Glee Club member, Bill Bevan, has written the pantomime based on the traditional fairytale. The story will transport the audience to Fairytale Wood where the Bears have a new baby and all is well since Snow White and the Prince defeated the evil Queen Grimalda. Or is it? Goldilocks is thrown into a world where which porridge she eats is the least of her worries.
Expect to laugh and jeer, often at the same joke, in this magical show where a host of fairytale characters fight over the future of the wood in this classic battle between good, evil and the dame’s frocks! As ever, Christmas starts with the Wirksworth Panto.
